Returns and Refund Policy

1. Overview

All tickets for The Convention Before Christmas are sold through Eventbrite on behalf of Hidden Dublin Walks Ltd. This policy explains how refunds are handled in line with Irish consumer law.

2. Non-Refundable Tickets

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except in the following situations:

• The event is cancelled by the organiser.
• The event is moved to a new date that you cannot attend.

In such cases, refunds will be processed directly by Eventbrite using your original payment method.

3. Lost or Misplaced Tickets

Eventbrite can reissue your ticket if you contact them using the same email address used at purchase.

4. Raffle Tickets and Donations

Raffle tickets and donations to LauraLynn Children's Hospice are non-refundable, as funds are immediately transferred for charitable purposes.
